The mini fridge with fresh milk was a delightful surprise, but the heating issue left the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

Spacious en-suite facilities, good-sized wall mounted TV, proximity to a great Indian restaurant
The maintenance is lacking, with unkempt areas and broken amenities!!! The exterior gives a shabby impression and clear signage is missing, making navigation frustrating!!!

The room had great ventilation, but I experienced a leaky window during a storm.

We had a lovely one-night stay with a spacious room and a fantastic English breakfast that hit the spot! The hotel also had a cozy lounge area and a nice garden for unwinding. Just a heads-up, it was a bit tricky finding our way around at first, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

great service but small rooms
The staff were outstanding and made a genuine effort to accommodate my needs. I appreciated the quick response to my request for a desk and the attentive manner of the team.
The initial room could not comfortably fit more than the essentials.

Nice stay, but noisy
I stayed for 1 night in a twin room, which was comfy with clean sheets and good quality biscuits, but man, it was loud being on a main road! Breakfast was decent, though. The shower was a mess, hot and cold taps did their own thing. Staff was nice after the initial room issue, which helped a lot.

i recently stayed here for one night and found the room surprisingly spacious and clean. the staff was accommodating when I needed extra amenities, which made my experience quite pleasant, especially during a lovely evening walk in wolverhampton. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
the breakfast options were incredibly limited.

The comforts of the clean and well-aired room were a welcome relief on a hot day, complemented by high-quality biscuits. the noisy main road made for a restless night, and the bathroom left much to be desired with its mould and temperature inconsistencies. Breakfast was decent, but the lack of options felt inadequate, especially for a full plate. The overall decor needs a refresh, making the experience feel strangely mismatched.

Unique, Unique, Unique
I fell in love with the quirky decor throughout the hotel, which added so much charm. The mini fridge with fresh milk was a delightful touch, making my morning coffee a treat! Plus, enjoying free burgers during the football event with locals was such a fun experience.

Comfortable Bed and Clean Rooms, but Noisy Environment
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and quality biscuits provided. the hotel is on a busy main road, which made it quite noisy at night—something I'd recommend improving for a better sleep experience.

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms with cleanliness being a highlight. Breakfast was a letdown with a limited continental selection, and our stay could have been quieter due to road noise. it was decent for a short visit. Would stay again!

Solo Traveler's Solid Choice
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out when needed. The room was clean and spacious with a decent TV and surprisingly well-stocked mini fridge.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I’d say still reasonable.

I had a comfortable bed, and the room was clean, which made for a pleasant stay after a long journey. The quality biscuits on the tea tray were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the heating was turned up too high, making the room quite stuffy, and I had to keep the windows open. The bathroom looked a bit worn with missing fittings, and there were some noisy outside disturbances from traffic and people, impacting sleep quality. Breakfast was a letdown, as I was disappointed to find a very limited continental selection when I expected more options. The staff were responsive to issues, but I couldn't help but wish for more attention to detail regarding room amenities and brochure inconsistencies.
